1. To understand contextual at macro and micro level.
2. To understand context at micro level by exploration, creating solutions /suggestions etc
3. To understand why/ how landscape connection is crucial to the built structure and built environment, in addition to understand scale, spatial, form, materiality relationships.
4. To analyse given site data and respond to it
5. To produce a meaningful site plan with site context
Workshop 3 -Structure as Architecture
1. To integrate basic structural concept/ system into the design scheme
2. To translate structural ideas into physical development models
3. To apply structural system to design concept
4. To produce structural concept diagram
Workshop 4 -Environment as Architecture

Reflection
This semester was different from last semester where there are more workshops and lesser projects, I’m glad that I could focus more on one project with the same topic given rather than a few which was like the last semester. . I liked the idea of workshops that slowly introduced us to the topic step-by-step, starting from understanding the proposed site, then the site responses. continue with basic structural system and lastly materials and environmental sustainability, which I feel is very crucial in my learning curve. I had fun learning and to get the feedbacks from lecturer and tutors, I believe that this way will drastically improve absorption of information and the passion to learn because it is easier for us to digest chunks by chunks rather than a bulk of informations.
